I Created or Deleted a vApp/VM but my Org VDC resource values do not change

PROBLEM:

You try to Add, Modify or Delete a VM or vApp, but the resource metrics inside your Org VDC do not change or update to the correct values.

CAUSE:

This is happening due to vCloud Director not updating the values. vCloud Director does not currently monitor real-time memory or CPU usage.

The value that is reported in the Monitor section of vCloud Director is equivalent to the the value reported by Used Reservation in vCenter Server.
This value represents the total CPU overhead, OS-type overhead, and Reservations placed on the virtual machines within the resource pool. 

SOLUTION:

You will need to wait for vCloud Director to refresh and pull in the new values from vCenter. Once vCloud has the new values, Hyalto will then pull in the new values and update the metrics inside the Org VDC
