Syncing data
When integration between HyAlto and ConnectWise Manage is configured for the first time, HyAlto synchronizes all company names and their agreements from ConnectWise Manage. This syncing occurs to allow the mapping of companies in HyAlto to their respective companies in Manage.
HyAlto will then create a corresponding product ID for each billable property of each solution in the Manage Product Catalog. These Product IDs will be used by HyAlto to create the additions for the bundled agreement in Manage.
Bundled agreements
A company in HyAlto is mapped to its respective company in Manage and a Master Agreement is chosen to act as a container for this customer’s services. A new agreement can be created, or an existing one can be chosen. HyAlto will create new bundled agreements under this master agreement for every HyAlto service under an individual customer.
Under each bundled agreement, the product IDs previously created from the solution’s billable properties will be used as a template from which the additions are then created. These additions represent billable properties such as RAM, CPU, storage, etc. HyAlto updates the numeric values of these additions in real-time as a client’s usage changes to maintain accurate usage tracking.
