Account-Based Contracts
HyAlto allows you to create account contracts. Account contracts give you the ability to apply a discount to a company account in HyAlto These account contracts enable you to have more control over the pricing of products and to provide your clients with discounts based on aggregate purchase amounts.
Creating Account Contracts
Setting up account-based contracts can be done in a few simple steps:
Step 1: In HyAlto, click on Billing then click Account Contracts.
Step 2: In the top right corner, click the plus icon.
Step 3: Under Contract details, select the customer Account to which you’d like to provide the contract to.

Step 4: Select the Automator type from the drop-down.
Step 5: Under Discount, input a dollar amount or a percentage that will be discounted.
Step 6: Select the expiration of the contract.
Step 7: Click Create Contract.
