Service Provider Default Roles
Administrator | All Access to everything in the Service Provider portal. Super User Privilege |

Auditor | Can only view all of the Service Provider portal and can only view all audit logs |
ASA Management | Can Update and Delete ASA |
IT Support | Can reconfigure the ASA, Login to client accounts, and View only sync progress and automator logs |
Product manager | Can create solutions and view and update pricing and contracts |
Finance manager | Can view and update pricing and contracts |
Account manager | Full control over client accounts |
Marketing manager | Full control of Branding |
Direct Client Default Roles

IT Support - Basic | Can Power ON/OFF, Create, Delete, and Update VM's and vApp's, Open the Console, and view Automator logs. |
