AuditorCan only view all of the Service Provider portal and can only view all audit logs
ASA ManagementCan Update and Delete ASA
IT SupportCan reconfigure the ASA, Login to client accounts, and View only sync progress and automator logs
Product managerCan create solutions and view and update pricing and contracts
Finance managerCan view and update pricing and contracts
Account managerFull control over client accounts
Marketing managerFull control of Branding

AuditorCan only view all of the Client portal and can only view all audit logs
IT Support - BasicCan Power ON/OFF, Create, Delete, and Update VM's and vApp's, Open the Console, and view Automator logs. 
IT Support - AdvancedCan Create, Update, and Delete services
