Configure HyAlto’s ConnectWise Manage Integration

There are four steps to configure HyAlto’s integration with ConnectWise Manage:

1. Create an API member in CW Manage

2. Create an API key used by HyAlto

3. Configure HyAlto’s ConnectWise Manage integration

4. Map a HyAlto customer to a ConnectWise Manage company and master agreement

Configure HyAlto’s ConnectWise Manage integration

Step 1: In HyAlto, go to Billing > Integrations.

Step 2: Click the under ConnectWise.

Step 3: Input the following:

1. URL: Your ConnectWise Manage URL

2. Company ID: Your ConnectWise Manage company database

3. Public key and Private key: Created in the previous section

Step 4: Click Configure.
